This Payment and Refund Policy applies to payment transactions and refunds on toonia.

Payment Method

Our primary payment method is credit or debit card unless otherwise stated on the payment page. Payments are charged in US dollars unless another currency is shown.

Purchasing Coins

A user may obtain coins by paying the price determined by us. Coins are valid for up to five years from the date of purchase and purchased coins are credited to the purchasing account.

Cancellation of Subscription

Unsubscribing disables auto-renewal but you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Contact support at least 24 hours before renewal to cancel.

Refund Rules

Fees paid for products on the site are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may, at our discretion, refund the value of unspent coins in limited cases such as mistaken purchases or failure to provide services.

Disputed Payments

Please note that a chargeback is not a refund. Contact support before contacting your bank whenever possible.
