Title updates
When will the new comic episode be released?
If an unpublished episode has a release date, it will be published according to
that schedule.
Episodes without a release date are still under production by creators and will be
published as soon as they are completed.
To encourage the creator and potentially expedite the release of your favorite comic,
consider leaving a rating and a comment on the comic's page. Your feedback can make
a difference!
Is it possible to read comics offline?
Currently, our website does not support offline mode. Reading comics is only possible with an active internet connection.
How can I report an error?
We apologize for that.
If you encounter an error, please contact our support team via email
contact@toonia. As a token of appreciation, you may receive a bonus for bringing
the issue to our attention.
Access to account
I subscribed but didn't get access to the comics.
Please check if the email you subscribed to matches the email in your account.
Ensure your payment was successful by checking your transaction history.
If everything is correct, log out and log in back to refresh your account status.

I can't log in to my account.
If you are unable to locate your account, please ensure you are using the correct email address or social media login credentials. Try resetting your password if you've forgotten it. If issues persist, contact our support team via email contact@toonia.
How can I reset my password?
Choose the Forgot Password button on the Login page. Enter your registered
email, and we'll send a password reset link to your mail.
Please note that the password reset function is not available for social network logins.
If you don't receive a password reset email within 15 minutes, please write to our
support team at contact@toonia mail.
Premium membership and coins
How is a payment charged for Premium Membership?
If you have a premium membership, it will automatically renew on the same date every 4 weeks (or every 1, 12 or 24 weeks, depending on your plan). You can view the last day of your current subscription period in the Account section. Billing payments will be processed automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
How is a payment charged for the coins?
You pay once for the selected coin package. The validity period of the coins is unlimited.
How to cancel the subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending a request to our support
email contact@toonia. Please ensure that the email you use to send the request
matches the one associated with your active subscription.
If you registered using social media and your actual email is hidden, include the
automatically generated email found in the Account section of your profile. Providing
this information will help us process your cancellation request more efficiently.
You'll receive an email to confirm your subscription cancellation.
